2 EASY STEPS, EAT HEALTHY AND EXERCISE. 
i stayed under 4000 kilojoules a day for a few months and i dropped like 12 kilos. so i only ate fruit and veges and not many carbs and salads. thats all there was to it! once i lost the weight i hit the gym to tone up a bit but now im fat again.
